There seems to always be a unit or two on the market, if you like the complex, let me

a current offering.  As with all condominium complexes there are “Condominium
Declarations” and “Bylaws” which you must accept with the purchase.  These
documents define; voting rights, restrictions (for example, one pet under 20 pounds),
parking, use (example, rental of 30 days or longer minimum or no rental at all), just to
name a few of these restrictions.  If you have specific concerns, we may wish to
research such before making an offer to purchase, in the Texas Real Estate
Commission Promulgated Forms (contracts) there is an area specifically addressing
this review with a blank to fill to provide a period for the Seller to provide all such
documents and The Buyer has Six Days after receiving all to review the documents
and withdraw from the contract should there be restrictions not acceptable to you!  I
