reservation forms, escrow requirements or “Letters of
Guaranty”  along with unique contracts that require critical
review before signing up for your new property.  As with all
condominium complexes there are “Condominium
Declarations” and “Bylaws” which you must accept with your
reservation which define; voting rights, restrictions (for
example, one pet under 20 pounds), parking, use (example,
rental of 30 days or longer minimum or no rental at all), just to
name a few concerns..  Whether it be on South Padre Island,
Port Isabel, Laguna Vista, Bayview or the South Padre Island
